• Since I have gone here what I have most learned is that God wants me to be with him and rest with him. The Father is very fun, peaceful and even funny. He is love, joy, truth, and more. I learned I can go to him with whatever and I have learned that you can get inner healing through the Holy Spirit. In this place I found I can be with Jesus at any time and be happy. Seek and you definitely see more of God in your life. I have learned some of my spiritual gifts. I can be with the father through the power of the Holy Spirit. I can be in God's presence any time. It's a place where I can really express myself with others. A great dwelling places where you have the choice that you can rest, worship, or you can use your spiritual gifts for others. A place where you can truly seek Jesus. I have learned that there is a whole other side of church than I grew up in. A church free of control and perfectionism. At this place you can have a true encounter with God and nobody will look at you weird and instead they will support you and be glad for you. I have also realized that you can worship any where you are because the kingdom of God is living in you wants you receive the Holy spirit and you become more clear of his will for you.  -B.B.                                                                                
• This holy place known as the Resting Place has brought inspiration, hope, love and strenght within me and a growth that I have never seen before.  It's uplifting and fullfilling.
• Being brought up as a preachers kid gave me lots of head knowlege about God and the bible.  The phrase personal relationship with God was often used, but was not heart felt.  I've been a whitewashed tomb - appearance is everything.  The Lord created me as a sensate person which means that touch, sight and hearing produce strong reactions within my heart.  A brilliant sunset or special song can easily bring a tear.  Many years ago, I closed my heart to God and others.  Although my flesh has many imperfections, God's grace has been more evident than ever before.  On my former wedding anniversary I came to worship unaware of the gift that was about to be bestowed upon me.  The Lord gave me a physical touch.  Touch is my primary love language.  I'm still processing the fact that He gave me this gift to show His love to me.  Since then His presence physically touches me at work and even at the grocery store.  I'm looking foward to opening my heart further and becoming free.  I can't wait to see what He has in store for me.    - Ben
