FROM WEST - Follow Business 31 to Hoyt Street.  Do the Michigan turn around so you are going North on Hoyt.  Take the first left (right in front of the Red Roof Inn).  Follow it past the hotel and the Aqua Therapy building and we are the next building on the right.  We are in the corner unit.  96 South Seaway Drive.
